The annual arts and crafts Fair on the Green includes over 100 artists offering “wooden furniture, pottery, jewelry, quilts, hand-dipped candles, tie-dyed clothing,” and more.  The Milford Arts Council offers exhibits, music, theater, dance, workshops, and classes. 
 
Make a day of it picnicking, sunbathing, or fishing off the pier at Walnut Beach. The Milford Historical Society offers historic house tours, a collection of Indian artifacts, herb gardens and herb crafters, and a country store and gift shop. There are hiking trails, a splash pad, and tennis and pickleball courts at the Eisenhower Park for those who love green space.
